UTC Aerospace Systems also offers reliable, convenient and cost-effective aftermarket and support services across the globe through a worldwide network of MRO facilities. Our comprehensive array of systems, components and support agreements are integrated and customized to help operators achieve optimal aircraft utilization. We have 28 MRO facilities in 26 countries dedicated to providing parts and services to customers 24/7/365.
Aircraft Systems
Supplies electric and hydraulic powered
actuators and advanced carbon-fiber
products for commercial aerospace and
defense applications. Products range
from single actuators to complete flight
control systems for the fixed wing,
rotorcraft and missile markets.

Designs, manufactures, and integrates
nacelles, thrust reversers, pylons and
flight control surfaces for commercial
and military aircraft. Aerostructures
includes the Engineered Polymer Products
business, which designs, tests and
manufactures composite components
for ships, submarines and commercial
airplanes.

Supplies a number of systems including
air conditioning (air cycle and vapor
cycle), liquid cooling, engine bleed air,
pressurization control, ventilation control,
ice protection, humidification and fuel
tank inerting. The products include heat
exchangers, valves, rotating machinery,

Global provider of aircraft cabin systems,
including cabin management systems,
wood veneers, cabinetry, furniture,
in-flight entertainment (IFE) systems,
cargo systems, evacuation systems and
life rafts, interior and exterior lighting

Advanced Concept Ejection Seats
(ACES), pilot/co-pilot, observer, cabin
attendant and VIP seats.

systems and services. Landing gear
advancements include low-weight
damage tolerance; application of
advanced, high strength titanium;
environmentally friendly coatings for
wear and corrosion resistance; research
and development in “quiet” technology
to reduce noise around airports and

propeller systems and cockpit controls
for commercial and military turboprop
aircrafts, including trimmable horizontal
stabilizer actuators and state-of-the-art
propeller systems featuring modern
eight-bladed composite propellers.

services for aircraft wheel and braking
systems. Products include electric and
hydraulically actuated brakes with
either steel or carbon friction material,
brake control systems, tire pressure
monitoring systems and brake
temperature monitoring systems.

Provides electric power systems for
commercial, regional, business, and
military aircraft. Products include main
and emergency power generation,
power conversion and motor control,
power distribution, and aircraft utilities

frequency AC and high-voltage DC.
