Mr Deepak Khanna is CEO in Victory Group. With over 35 years' track record in a wide range of real estate industry in various spheres i.e., Business Development, Project procurement & Land Purchase, Marketing, Operations and Administration. He has now a blueprint to transform the real estate & construction landscape in India.
Started his journey in real estate by joining M/s Ansal properties and Infrastructure Limited a leading real estate company in North India in the year 1994. He was involved with the first shopping mall “ANSAL PLAZA” near South Extension, New Delhi from the tendering stage. He was actively involved with the Planning, Construction, Marketing and Leasing of shopping mall. The Ansal Plaza was opened in the year 1999 and Mr. Khanna was made CEO of Ansal Plaza and he successfully leased and operates the mall.
Subsequently he moved to MGF Development Limited which had just started their foray into real estate. He was instrumental in completion of shopping malls and also was involved in their ambitious expansion plans and JV formations.
In Victory Group, he is actively involved in rapid expansion of organization and procurement of new and upcoming projects, by nurturing them every moment.
