Indirapuram Habitat Centre is being developed in Ghaziabad on a land measuring 50,800 Sq.mtr.
Project has been divided into three major facilities:

1. Socio Cultural consist of School and other activities
2. Recreational consist of multi-facility club and entertainment
3. Commercial club suits consist of high end retail shops, food courts and office spaces.

The project is being developed with the objective to develop an integrated physical environment in which various professionals and institutions dealing with different facets of habitat  and habitat related environmental issues would function, interact and attempt to resolve habitat related problems in a coordinated manner.

Keeping in view our social responsibility, Victory Group has commenced the construction of Shree Agrasen International Hospital. The multi-speciality hospital is being developed on 10000 Sq. Mtr. of land allotted by DDA, with a total built up area of 4,00,000 Sq.ft. Approx.

As a corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative Victory Group is involved in overall project management, planning, monitoring, quality assurance, scheduling, review, revision and fine tuning etc. and coordination with numerous agencies working on the project.

Mr. Pramod Goel, CMD has been appointed as Chairman of Construction Committee and seeing his dedication to the cause has also been elected the “Chief Patron” of the hospital
