Nitin Gupta

Chief Technology Officer

Nitin was co-founder and CTO of Gridstone Research, the technology platform underlying Visible Alpha services. Prior to Gridstone, Nitin was a group product manager for Infosys, responsible for designing, developing, deploying and managing critical IT systems.

Philip Harrison

Director of Research

Philip was co-founder of Lusight Research, an independent research and investment technology firm, overseeing the technology and research initiatives in accounting, forecasting and valuation methodologies. He was also a senior equity and credit analyst at ING Barings, Duff & Phelps and UBS Warburg.

Gregg Krowitz

Chief of Staff

Gregg brings over 20 years of experience in financial services. Most recently, he was Chief of Staff at LRN Corporation, a SaaS provider of global compliance solutions. Prior to that he was Head of Strategy & Analytics and a member of the NYSE Listings management team. He began his career at Bankers Trust Company and was a Director in the ADR/Trust & Agency Division.

Barbara Lee

Interim Global Head of Sales

Prior to joining the firm, Barbara held a variety of roles within Bank of America Global Banking & Markets. She was a salesperson on the Hedge Fund Services and Electronic Trading Sales Team and was responsible for initiatives designed to drive market share with hedge fund clients and build business across U.S. Electronic Trading.

Mark Hale

Chief Operating Officer

Mark comes to Visible Alpha from FactSet where he was most recently executive vice president and COO. During his 22-year career at FactSet, Mark served in diverse leadership roles in content operations, software engineering and quality assurance.

Rodney Pedersen

Chief Revenue Officer

Rodney joins Visible Alpha from FactSet where he was most recently SVP & Senior Director of Data Strategy. Rodney spent the majority of his career at FactSet in various sales roles, including founding and managing the company’s Americas Hedge Fund team. Rodney is a CFA Charterholder.

Chief Financial Officer

Scott brings over 20 years of experience in managing financial operations for start-up companies. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer at Compliance Science, Inc., and VP of Finance at Axial. He also served in senior financial and operational leadership positions at TheMarkets.com, Vigilantes, mail.com, and Geotek Communications.

Veeral Shah

Head of Professional Products

Prior to Visible Alpha, Veeral was Global Product Manager, Research at Bloomberg, where he managed the Estimates, Events, and Financial Documents offerings. Prior to Bloomberg, Veeral was founder of Equitally, a fintech startup. Additionally, he held portfolio manager and analyst positions at Westfield Capital, SAC Capital Advisors, and BNP Paribas.
