Its a great company to work with having an awesome work culture and flexible work timings. There are good opportunities to learn as the company is expanding rapidly and there is a lot of good quality work to do. The Management is supportive and allows to explore new technologies in the project. Different projects have different software stack, so we can work on the technology/Project we want. Great collegues and manager to work with and also gives opportunities to exchange ideas with experienced professionals. There are a lot of recreational facilities like gym, swimming pool, Evening snacks, Friday Lunch etc. There are also a lot of extracuricullar activities like Zumba classes, Spanish classes and Yoga that happens every week.
In all, I feel it is a great place to work, where we get opportunity to not only develop our technical skills but also focus on other interests.

I’ve been at Visible Alpha for close to 3 years, joining when we were less than a third of the current size. Why is this important? Because I was introduced to a culture of transparency and meritocracy when I joined – if you did well, you’d grow. That culture permeates everything we do here and has continued to be at the heart of our core beliefs even as we’ve scaled to over 450+ employees.
We started as a 50 person start-up and we’re now a 450+ person start-up. I don’t see that changing no matter how big we get. In a few years from now, it’s not going to be ‘What does the street say about this stock?’ It’s going to be ‘What does Visible Alpha say about this stock?’ We are going to be the street.
