BATH FITTINGS DIVISION
Established in the year 1997, Watertec (India) Private Limited is a joint venture between UMS Group Coimbatore, Watertec – Malaysia and South Asian Investments, Srilanka. We have completed 20 years of successful manufacturing of world class polymer bath fittings.
The company’s ISO 9001 certified production facility is state- of-the-art and showcases the very latest in the field. Situated in Neelambur, over 20 kms from Coimbatore, Watertec factory is equipped with new generation injection moulding machines to ensure fail safe production parameters.
The product range is pretty comprehensive and combines aesthetics with functionality to add that touch of class. The color and design of the elegant bathroom fittings can suit any decor and integrate well with the modern concepts of building construction.
The product portfolio consists of Taps, Showers, Valves, Mixer, Faucet, Bathroom Accessories and Connection Hoses
PIPE FITTINGS DIVISION
Being a leader in the bath fittings industry from 1997, Watertec diversified its business operations in the pipes and fittings category in 2013 and has emerged successfully.
The new plant is equipped with International Quality extruders and Injection Moulding machines. Manned by well trained work force, the products go through a rigorous testing at well-equipped QC section
The product range consist of
- CPVC PIPES AND FITTINGS – FOR HOT WATER APPLICATION as per ASTM standards
- UPVC PIPES AND FITTINGS – FOR COLD WATER APPLICATIONS as per ASTM standards
- SWR PIPES AND FITTINGS – FOR DRAINAGE AND SEWERAGE APPLICATIONS as per IS standards
TOOL & MOULD CENTRE DIVISION
We have started our Tool Room operations in the year 2016, for production of Hi- precision quality plastic moulds, and Die casting.
The quality of the tools produced are inspected conforming to drawing and specification of the user industries, and standard parts are used to meet the requirements
The division is equipped with design software like Cimatron and Solid works which enables the designers to handle any complicated mould design. The well experienced and qualified Tool Makers handle the mould assembly and troubleshooting.
