Mr. Sudarshan Venkatraman, aged 45 years, has over 17 years of business experience in Technology business. He heads the US Operations and mainly focuses on strategic planning, alliances & partnerships, and business development. Prior to establishing Zylog, he was associated with TGF Media Systems which was developing program software for the television channels for a period of over two years (February 1994 – July 1996) as a Program Director. Before that he was a legal consultant. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Science, Bachelors in Law and Master’s Degree in Management (Marketing) from Pace University, New York.

Mr. Ramanujam Sesharathnam aged 42 years, focuses mainly on overseeing the operations of the Company including delivery, finance and Human Resources and Development. He has over 18 years of experience in the IT field. Prior to establishing Zylog, he worked for Hilliard Farber & Co (Wall Street) from January 1991 to June 1995 at various levels like Senior Application Developer, Tech Head, Application Manager and later as Backoffice –Director in-charge, He worked for Goldman Sachs Securities for a period June – October 1995 , with Bankers, USA Trust (Nov 1995 – Mar 1996) and Associated Press , USA (Apr 1996 – May 1996) as a Database Manager. His exposure to the International market has helped our Company to establish its quality standards and on-time delivery mechanism. Mr. Ramanujam holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from Pace University, New York.

Mr. V. Chandramouly, aged 45 years, joined our Company in December 2003 and is currently looking after Zylog’s European operation. He has more than 17 years of IT experience working. He worked as a Systems Analyst & programmer with Tata Consultancy Services from February 1987 to December 1989 and later as the Country Manager for Transworld UK from Jan 1990 to Nov 1993. Subsequently he joined Bitech India Ltd, Chennai and worked as General manager – Product Sales from December 1993 to December 1997. He was with SCORP IT solutions – Singapore as VP – Business Development from January 1998 – October 2003. He holds a Masters Degree in Technology from IIT, Kharagpur.

Mr. P. Srikanth aged 38 years, is a Partner of Vijai Sarathy & Co, Chartered Accountants. Mr. Srikanth has 12 years of experience and specializes in delivering audit and tax compliance services to clients in an array of industries including construction, retail, investments, professional services, real estate, technology, mining, entertainment, and manufacturing. Mr. Srikanth was also involved, as part of his professional career, in business valuations and financial structuring of numerous companies. He is a member of Zylog’s Audit Committee and chairman of its Remuneration Committee. He brings with him a vast experience in financial management, technical accounting, financial reporting, and process management. Mr. Srikanth is also a cost accountant, Certified Systems Auditor having done his Bachelors in Commerce through Vivekananda College, Chennai.

Mr. M. Gajhanathan aged 52 years, has more than 20 years of experience in real estate and financial sector. He has done his Master of Arts from Chennai University and LLB from Bangalore University. He is a member of the company's Remuneration Committee and Investor Grievances Committee.

Mr.V.K.Ramani, aged 61 years, has around 36 years of experience in Banking and IT.   He retired as  Executive Director, (Technology & Business Processes), Axis Bank Ltd. and has 22 years of experience in the State Bank group. Mr.V.K.Ramani holds Bachelors  degree in Physics Hons and has also has B. Tech (Electronics) and  PGDBM to his qualification. His areas of expertise includes IT strategy and implementation, supervision of Compliance ,  Operations (  credit  and general banking ), all Support Sservices( phone banking, data centre, business processes for account opening, trade finance  and  treasury back office). His contribution to banking technology and implementation has been recognized  by Banking solution providers  in India and abroad. Mr.V.K.Ramani  was a Member, IT Advisory Committee , NSDL  and Indian Institute of Banking and Finance. His contribution to the IT led growth of Axis Bank( formerly UTI Bank) is well recognized in the banking industry .He was the recipient of several awards from the Indian Banking Association for outstanding project implementation during his tenure with the Axis Bank.

Vasanthakumar A.P., is with “UTI Ventures “presently and is a founding member of Ascent Capital. He has about 10 years of experience in direct investing and capital markets. As an investment principal, he is responsible for sourcing & evaluating deals and representing the fund on the boards of portfolio companies. He has worked with the Ascent’s partners on assignments relating to investments, mergers & acquisitions, valuation studies, fund raising for portfolio companies, business plan reviews and due diligence reviews across various industries. He has been involved in the investments of Excelsoft, Foursoft, Subex, SemanticSpace, CCCL, Laqshya, VKL amongst others. Prior to joining UTI Ventures, he was with UTI’s Investment operations, wherein he was involved in primary market equity investments and debt investments across sectors. Vasanthakumar is a Mechanical Engineer from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore and an MBA from Bharathidasan Institute of Management, Tiruchirappalli.
