KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand analysis framework, data requirements, runcode analysis, and report/discuss results.
- Create and conduct quality control checks on data from initial delivery from data processing to final analysis results in order to ensure the accuracy of reports
- Perform data mining analyses that help detect consumer behavioral patterns.
- Design, develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards
- Ensure all client deliverables meet client expectations in terms of scope, speed & quality.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALITIES
- Basic SQL to analyze and manipulate data using all type of joins, sub-query, SQL functions.
- Experience in building dashboards using data visualization tools like Tableau preferred.
- Should be strong at R, SAS or SQL to analyze and manipulate data using all type of joins, subquery, SQL functions, DML and DDL concepts.
- Good at analytical thinking.
- Good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred.
- Attention to detail.
Qualification
- A degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics etc.).
- 1-3 years of analytics experience.

- Work with marketing clients to help them make smart decisions and then to implement and track them.
- Manage day-to-day delivery independently along with analyst team
- Co-ordination with analysts, statisticians, leading project delivery
- Playing a team management role
- Work in the areas of revenue reporting, business planning and other areas under marketing function which can be supported by data driven analytics
- Ensure all client deliverables meet client expectations in terms of scope, speed & quality.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALITIES
- 1-2 years of experience in CRM Analytics
- Good marketing domain knowledge, particularly in the CRM domain
- Comfortable with SQL/SAS/R. Experience on working with databases
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau is preferred
- Should be good at analytical thinking & breaking down large problems into solvable chunks.
- Should be willing to continuously co-ordinate with onsite clients and teams in India
- Good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.
