The Bengaluru Plant of FM was established in the year 1977. The Plant is situated at Yelahanka, Bangalore North; spread over 50 acres of industrial land, off State Highway No.9. The Plant manufactures Piston Assemblies – Pistons, Pins and Rings for application in IC engines – Automotive and Stationary Engines. The Plant manufactures wide range of products for applications in Two-wheelers, light commercial and heavy duty vehicles. We also cater to the needs of the Defence and Indian Railways. The plant exports products to various countries. Our overall annual turnover of the Plant is around Rs. 750 crores.
Our facility consists of Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Foundries, Machining Shops, Quality Department, and supportive Departments like Tool Room, Machine Building, Maintenance & Service, Research & Development Centre, etc., with State-of-the Art conventional & CNC machining centres, SPMs apart from other administrative services like HR ,Finance, IS, Supply Chain Management, Purchase, Stores, General Administration, etc.
Patiala
Federal- Mogul Patiala plant is located in the north of India about 250 km from the capital – New Delhi. It manufactures world-class pistons and piston rings, covering a wide range of applications including two/three-wheelers, cars, SUVs, tractors, light commercial vehicles, heavy commercial vehicles, stationary engines and high output locomotive diesel engines. The facilities at Patiala are certified TS 16949, ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 and the plant has received certificate of strong commitment towards TPM Excellence from CII. The plant is a market leader in both OEM and aftermarket segments.

Federal-Mogul Anand Bearings India Ltd was set up by M/S Gabriel India Ltd in 1979, and was acquired by M/S Federal-Mogul, a world leader in Engine Bearing, in 2007. Presently this plant is in a joint venture with M/S Anand Automotive Company. The plant is ISO TS 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO OHSAS certified and manufactures Engine Bearings, Flanges, Bushes and Washers using world class technology. The plant is the leading supplier of engine bearings to most of the OEMs in India and the customers include Hyundai, Tata, Maruti, Suzuki, GM, Ford, Eicher, to name a few. The bearing product also has a presence in the after market business with the brand name of Glyco.
Pune
Federal-Mogul ANAND Sealings India is a joint venture between Federal-Mogul, USA and ANAND Group. Gaskets and Heat Shields are the major products manufactured here. The Gasket range includes Cylinder Head Gaskets, Exhaust and Intake Manifold Gaskets, Oil Sump Gaskets, Valve Cover Gaskets and other Secondary Gaskets. The Head Gasket constructions include the latest trend – MLS and are custom suited to the application demands in terms of high operating pressures, very high temperatures and thickness requirements.
Bhiwadi – VSG
Federal-Mogul Goetze India Limited, an ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certified company situated at Industrial area of Bhiwadi, District Alwar, Rajasthan. The organization is one of the leading supplier of automotive Powertrain components like Valve seats, Valve guides and structural parts for both automotive and non-automotive applications. F-M is a global leader in Powertrain technology and having all major OEM customers like Maruti Suzuki, Ford, Mahindra, Renault, Hyundai, GM, Ashok Leyland, TML, Hero Moto, Royal Enfield, Bajaj Auto etc.
Bhiwadi – Ignition
Federal-Mogul Mogul Ignition Products India is a fully owned subsidiary of Federal-Mogul Powertrain. F-M Ignition India was established in Oct’96 at Bhiwadi, started its commercial production of spark plugs in Feb’99. It has total area of 16000 sqms and it is the leading plant for Asia Pacific Region serving all major OE customers in the region like TATA Motors, Mahindra, Ford Motors, Hyundai Motors India, Renault-Nissan JV, Hero Moto Corp., Bajaj Auto, Volvo Eicher CV, TVS Motor.
