Finance Shared Service Centre in Pune is a key part of the unified Finance Operations spread across Pune, Ahmedabad, Budapest, and Bangalore. Our team of finance experts is a trusted thought partner to the CEOs, CFOs, and the decision support layer of Vodafone’s local markets. This team is responsible for standardisation, simplification, and making finance operations useable for our local markets and group entities- offering services in the areas of Management Accounting, Cash Cycle, and Reporting Cycle. We have adopted a Centre of Excellence approach to standardise our core processes like Accounts Payable, Travel & Expenses, and Record to Report.

Our Networks team is a key component of the Vodafone Core Network Operations, playing a pivotal role in creating one International transmission network, one International IP/MPLS Network, and one Public IP Network. Through a state of the art Network Operations Centre in Pune, we offer demand and delivery of internal connectivityservices across Vodafone,Product Catalogue, Customer Portal, Customer Management, and also deliver Network services through an innovative Service Factory model. We are the custodians of the heartbeat of Vodafone network. We are the first point of resolution for IP and Transmission for 12 local markets and over 8000 devices.

The HR Shared Services team in Pune provides centralised HR service to employees across Vodafone located in 22 countries. The team takes pride in delivering a great employee experience for key HR processes like Employee HR Query Resolution (Ask HR), Employee Data Management & administration (WPA), Learning & Development Administration, Resourcing Administration, HR Data and Reporting, HR Portal Management (myHR) and HR support services. Being a global operation, the team has a mandate that includes global HR process standardisation, global systems roll-out, global redesign of HR portal, and employee data management of integrated entities.
